Austrian Hypo have played their first home-match in CL.groups,meeting the big rival for the qualification, Danish Randers.

 

Hypo had one Brasilian player recovering from injury, Karoline de Souza and Randers’s squad was complete for this fight.

 

First half started with an equal fight between the teams and the result was from 1-1 to 6-6. After 10 minutes of play, Brasilian goalkeeper from Randers, Chana Masson have got a red card, because she tried to stop a counter-attcak of the opponent. After that the hosts managed to take the lead at 8-6 and increased the gap to 11-8, 14-9 and 16-9. Best player of Hypo was Hungarian Bernadett Temes and Barbara Arenhart in the goal. Half time result: 18-11.

 

The second half has continued like the first and Hypo showed a strong play both in defence and in attack, so they won by 32-25.

 

Result: Hypo NÖ-Randers HK 32-25 (18-11)

 

Topscorers: Alexandra Do Nascimento, Fernanda Franca de Silva  and Bernadett Temes(Hypo) 6-6 goals and Siraba Dembele (Randers HK) 6 goals.
