Austrian Hypo, lead by András Németh met Sunday afternoon German Buxtehude in Germany. Hosts has tried to got the first points in CL, on the other side , Nascimento and company could get two points and the second, qualifier place in the group.

Hypo had injury problems this week, with more players who had not been able to train fully.

In the beginning of the match home-team had really agressive defense, causing problems to the Austrian-Brasilians, 5-5, after 15 minutes. Barbara Arenhart showed a high-class performance in the goal, this fact giving strenght to her team, starting to defend harder and running fast counter attacks as well, they took the lead, 5-10 after 20 minutes. Jana Krause saved some shouts too, Germans scored too by Hayn and Klein, and half time ended 8-11.

Second half of the match has brought a more solid  Hypo-defence, fast breaks and more playing elements with line-player, Diniz scoring several times- 10-15,11-17,15-20. Germans had some flashes by Lone Fischer on left wing, but in  this match has been proved too that Hypo is larger by minimum one size than Buxtehude, which team is unfortunately not reaching the level of CL.

Final result: 20-28.

Topscorers: Fabiana Dara Carvalho Diniz (Hypo NO) 8 goals and Lone Fischer (Buxtehuder) 6 goals.

Result: Buxtehude-Hypo NO 20-28 (8-11)
