We can present here Norway’s 16 players who will travel to Serbia in December. In  the squad we can find debutants, as Silje Solberg in the goalkeeper place, Maja Jakobsen on right wing, Linn Gossé on left wing and Karoline Næss as backplayer.

Isabel Blanco and Ingrid Ødegård will be back-ups on their positions, and both will participate in Møbelringen-Cup.

Ida Bjørndalen took over on right back after Tonje Nøstvold.

Goalkeepers:  Silje Solberg (Stabæk Handball), Katrine Lunde Haraldsen ( Győri Audi ETO KC)

Left wingers: Camilla Herrem (Byåsen), Linn Gosse (Tertnes Bergen)

Right wingers: Linn-Kristin Riegelhuth-Koren (Larvik HK), Maja Jakobsen(Storhamar)

Backplayers, playmakers: Ida Alstad (Byåsen),  Anja Edin (Larvik HK), Karoline Dyhre Breivang (Larvik HK), Linn J. Sulland (Larvik HK), Karoline Næss (Stabæk Handball), Stine Bredal Oftedal (Stabæk Handball), Kristine Lunde Borgersen (Våg Vipers), Ida Bjørndalen (KIF Vejen)

Line players: Marit Malm Frafjord (Viborg HK), Heidi Løke (Győri Audi ETO KC)

Thorir Heirgersson: “Evereybody must know that this squad had zero trainings and zero matches together, so we have to build up the team brick by brick. We will have three matches in Møbelringen-cup against Sweden, Denmark and France, hoping that in this period we can put together the team as we want. Tonje Nøstvold is not in the squad because of her present health-problems and sport-shape, in this moment Ida Bjørndalen is fitting in much properly in our team and tactics.”
