After not reaching any good position in last years WCh in Brasil and beeing defeated by France and Montenegro in the qualification to London, Radu Voina quit the head-coach position for Romanian natinal team.

New head-coach became an old one, Gheorge Tadici, who are experimenting new players, trying to obtain a compact team to the EURO 2012 in Serbia.

Romanian squad:

Goalkeepers: Talida Tolnai (Üsküdar), Paula Ungureanu(Oltchim), Mihalea Smedesci(HCM Baia-Mare)

Right wingers: Adriana Nechita(Oltchim), Magda Paraschiv (Jolidon Cluj)

Left wingers: Iulia Curea (Oltchim), Nicoleta Dinca (Jolidon Cluj)

Playmakers: Aurelia Bradeanu (Oltchim),  Adriana Tacalie (Corona Brasov)

Right backs: Melinda Geiger (HCM Baia Mare)

Left backs: Adina Meirosu (Oltchim), Clara Vadineanu (Jolidon Cluj), Cristina Neagu (Oltchim)

Line players: Ionela Stanca (Oltchim), Oana Manea (Oltchim), Crina Ailincai-Pintean(HC Zalau)

Initially left winger Camelia Hote-Balint from Corona Brasov was nominated to Serbia, but unfotunatelly she has suffered a knee- injury, beeing necessary a surgery. She has been replaced by Nicoleta Dinca from Cluj.
