Buducnost Podgorica-Larvik HK 18-20 (9-8)

The title holder, Buducnost Podgorica met on home-court Larvik HK.Guests had alreday collected two points in the previous round against Randers HK, meanwhile Buducnost had been defeated by Győri Audi ETO.

Today’s match was a balanced one, with close result during the whole game. Tough defenses, good goalkeeper performances and many turnovers was the characteristic of this match.

Fist half was won by hosts, by one goal advantage, but almost all the time was tie. Milena Knezevic and Linn J.Sulland were the topscorers of this period. Half time: 9-8.

In the second partof the game there was not a lot of changes,Buducnost was in lead by 1-2 goals, then Larvik rduced the gap, and took the lead, but the difference was never more than 2 goals. In the dying minutes of the match Larvik showed a more organised handball both in defense and attack,winning the match and collecting the two points. Result: 18-20.
