In the first match of the Group II in this round, Romanian team, Oltchim Rm Valcea managed to defeat Russians from Zvezda Zvenigorod, collecting their first points after three played matches.
The team trained by Danish coach Jakob Vestergaard is one of the favorites to win the CL-trophy.
With this defeat, Zvezda is almost out from the race to semifinals, meanwhile Valcea had a difficult way to go. Tomorrow, FTC and Krim will play a very important match regarding their advenccement to the semis.
