
Byåsen Elite’s goalkeeper, Terese Pedersen earlier member of the Norwegian national team has announced that stops to play handball after this season.
The 33 years old goalkeeper decided to finish her career, she said:
” I stop, there is nothing more to add or to comment. If I will receive a fantastical offer from Spain, where is warm and there are beaches, than I would reconsider my decision. The chance to continue is not more than two percents.”
Terese Pedersen was born on 27th April 1980 in Sandefjord, her earlier clubs were Larvik HK, Runar, Sandnar, Tertnes Bergen, Randers HK, Hypo NÖ, now she plays at Byåsen Handball Elite in Trondheim.
She is three times gold medalist at ECh (2004, 2006, 2008), has won silver (2007) and bronze (2009) medals at WCh beeing member of the Norwegian national team.
Byåsen’s other goalkeeper, 22 years old Guro Rundbråten will also leave the club and will play at Glasseverket Drammen from next season.
Byåsen has signed another Norwegian goalkeeper, Ingrid Ødegård arrives from Odense on a 2 years agreement.
