Solberg twins, Sanna and Silje has announced that hey won’t leave Stabæk. Goalkeeper Silje Solberg and left winger Sanna Solberg will continue to play to the club from Oslo. The 22 years old twins were rumored to move from Stabæk to Larvik HK after this season, but the facts are different, the sisters stays at Stabæk.

Larvik HK’s Russain backplayer Olga Medvedeva was not in the squad in last period, because of another knee injury. Medvedeva has suffered her third cruciate ligament torn in her left knee.

The 25 years left back is in recovery period, and she is willing to return to the handball court. She had a surgery in Switzerland, because her doctors from Norway didn’t want to perform another surgery on her knee.

Medvedeva’s contract with Larvik HK ends this summer, but negotiations for new contract has begun.

” After this injury, the third one on the same knee, I was told that my sport’s career could be over. But I can’t accept this, I am still young and I am dreaming about handball at night. This means that I can’t stop, if there is a hope.”- Olga Medvedeva said in an interview in Norwegian

Larvik HK will not extend the contract with 24 years old line player Pernille Wibe. We have informations that Larvik HK is in negotiations with another Norwegian line-player, Lise Løke (sister of Heidi Løke), who will not extend her contract with Storhamar. Lise Løke is forming a couple in the private life with Arne Senstad, coach of Storhamar, who stops at the club also from next season.

” I am in negotiations with Larvik for a while. It would a big chance for me to improve my play, to be closer to my family and friends and last but not least to play in the same team with my best friends ever, Anja Edin and Gro Hammerseng.” – Lise Löke said.
