“We are going to face an incredibly difficult opponent, but we want to fulfill this highly attractive task.
We approach to the match with a huge respect, but also with a self-confidence as we do not need to fear any team.
If we play the same quality handball as we have been playing in the Bundesliga for the last month, then we have a realistic chance to reach the final”- Müller said at the press conference.
The second semifinal is scheduled in Paris, where two ambitious teams will met in their first European semifinal, after failing to qualify last September from CL qualification tournaments to the group stages.
Issy Paris has a strong squad with players like Mariama Signate, Jasna Toskovic, Charlotte Mordal or Amelie Goudjo.
Rostov Don was strenghtened at the start of the season with Montenegrins Ana Djokic and Sonja Barjaktarovic, but Ukrainian Regina Shymkute is also a known player in Europe.
