Danish club, Team Tvis Hostebro has announced in a press release a new transfer from next season. Brasilian backplayer, Karoline Helena de Souza will join TTH in the summer.

The 23 years backplayer is a member of Brasilian national squad, and has a past in Hungarian Siófok and Austrian Hypo NÖ.

Niels Agesen, head-coach, TTH:

” She is a player can play on both backplayer positions, but she is specially meant to play on right back positions. With her 181 cm she can shoot from ten meters and can be an important brick in the middle defense as well. In this position we had until now only two players, now we are able to use five.

The challenge will surely be to get her in our fast way to play, which she is not used too. Despite she is a tall player, I believe that we will be able to build in our speedy handball style.”-said an enthusiastic head coach about De Souza.

Karoline De Souza:

” I mean that I made the right choice, since TTH is a very strong team with a fast improvement in last years, which has big ambitions. I also know that at this club there are possibility to improve  individually as well, this beeing decisive in my decision.

I know about Danish handball as beeing fast and smart, I will play in a powerful league, with plenty of strong teams, which are fighting against each other for getting victories. I hope that I can learn a lot about the Danish way to play handball.”

TTH has already signed earlier this year Norwegian backplayer, Ida Alstad from Byasen Elite. Is known also that rightback, Louise Burgaard will move to Viborg, and playmaker Anna Loerper will leave the club, moving home to Germany.
