The final of CWC was played between Hypo NÖ and Issy Paris. Hypo NÖ started this match with an eight goal advantage from the first leg of the final, where they defeated the French team by 22-30.

Despite of this, head-coach Andrés Németh was cautios and has prepared the final with a maximum of seriousity.

Hungarian player, Bernadett Temes has suffered a knee injury, right before the finals, so she was forces to wach the final from the stands.

 

The final was an easy task fro the Austrian team, which managed to make a clear victory, defeating Issy Paris once again, with a good goalkeeper performance by Barbara Arenhart, Alexandra do Nascimento and Gorica Acimovic in field.

 

Final result: Hypo NÖ-Issy Paris 31-21 (16-8)

Topscorers: Alexandra do Nascimento (Hypo NÖ) 7 goals and Charlotte Mordal (Issy Paris) 5 goals
