Last weekend in Hungary took place the “final four” of the Hungarian Cup, with Veszprém Arena as venue.

The four teams qualified to this event were: Kiskunhalas NKSE, Veszprém Barabás DTKC, FTC Rail-Cargo Hungaria, Győri Audi ETO KC.

 

Semifinals:

Veszprém Barabás DTKC- Győri Audi ETO KC 24-35 (11-19)

Topscorers: Tóth Gabriella (VDTKC) 5 goals and Andrea Lekic(Győr) 6 goals

 

Kiskunhalas NKSE-FTC Rail-Cargo Hungaria 27-36(16-21)

Topscorers: Drávai Gyöngyi (Kiskunhalas) 5 goals and Deáki Dóra (FTC) 7 goals

 

The bronze match:

Veszprém Barabás DTKC- Kiskunhalas NKSE  32-21(17-10)

Topscorers: Nadine Schatzl (VDTKC) 10 goals and Földes Kata-Szamoránsky Anikó (Kiskunhalas( 4 goals each)

The final: 

Győri Audi ETO KC – FTC Rail-Cargo Hungaria 36-28 (17-11)

Topscorers: Anikó Kovacsics (Győr) 7 goals and Orsolya Vérten (FTC) 7 goals

Cupwinner Győr took ther third trophy this season after winning Hungarian Championship, Champion League and Hungarian Cup.
