Montengrin club, Buducnost Podgorica has presented on Saturday a new transfer.
Romanian leftback, Cristina Neagu (elected as the “IHF handball player of the year” in 2010) will play for Buducnost in the next two seasons.
The 24 years player had a lot of troubles with injuries lately: she had to stay away from the handball court 18 months because of a shoulder injury and surgery, and after her return she suffered a cruciate ligament injury. She is in the recovery period right now, but she will be able to start to work at her new team when the season starts.
“I am very happy to be here and I will give everything to help the team. I hope to have many memorable moments in Podgorica. About my health problems I can say that now everything is well, I’ll start training with the team and I will try to get back to my previous sport-shape “-Cristina Neagu stated.
Cristina Neagu has played earlier only at two clubs, both from Romania: Rulmentul Brasov and Oltchim Rm.Valcea.
Buducnost Podgorica has signed for the new season the next players: rightback Camilla Dalby (Randers HK), goalkeeper Marta Zderic (Podravka), centerback Kinga Byzdra ( Lubin) and playmaker Irina Nikitina (Lada Togliatti).
