Ex-Portuguese Alexandrina Barbosa left also the Romanian Oltchim, after the club’s economical crash.

Rumors said that the Spanish international player will play in Randers (Denmark), but today her new club has been announced.

Sandy Barbosa will play this season in Germany, at Thüringer HC, with her earlier coach from Rulmentul Brasov, Herbert Müller.

She signed a contract for one year, with option of extension for one more year.

Thüringer HC is CL-participant as German champions, and will face in CL-group the CL-title holder, Győri Audi ETO KC, Hypo NÖ and the qualification-winner betweeen Viborg HK, TTH and HCM Baia Mare.

Another earlier Oltchim player has found also her new club. Ukrainian Yulia Managarova will strengthen the Russian Rostov Don on their right wing. Rostov Don will also fight in CL-qualification tournament, in order to earn a berth in the CL-groups.
