In the second day of the CL-qualification tournament from Trondheim Spektrum there were organized the next matches:

Tertnes Bergen- BNTU BelAZ Misnk 28-25 (24-24 ; 10-13)

Topscorers: Maren Roll Lied (Tertnes Bergen) 10 goals and Katsiaryna Silitskaya (BNTU) 10 goals

Best players of the match: Maren Roll Lied (Tertnes Bergen) and Alesia Safonova (BNTU BelAZ Misnk)

The match was an exciting ine, where in the first half Belorussians from Minsk had an advantage of three goals before the break, but in the second half the girls from Bergen managed to overturn the result, leading by 2 goals also at 23-21, but the guests managed to equalise and the game ended 24-24.

The match was decided by 7 meters penalties, and Tertnes won by 28-25.

Byasen Handball Elite- HC Leipzig 23-26 (12-13)

Topscorers: Camilla Herrem (Byasen)5 goals and Susann Müller (HCL) 7 goals

Best players of the match: Jenny Grøtan (Byasen) and Susann Müller (HCL)

Byasen started with a quick 5-1, but Leipzig managed to mobilize and made a come back, 6-6 in 16.min. Then the fight became very close, 7-8. 8-9, 10-11, 11-11. Half time result: 12-13.

The second half guests from Germany showed a similar good start at the beginning and increased the gap to 12-18, 40.min. Byasen never was able to overturn this result however they made a good last five minutes, when they managed to reduce the gap from 18-24 to 22-24, but experienced players from Leipzig kept calm and got the victory by 23-26.

HC Leipzig will play against Krim Mercator Ljubljana, Metz Handball and IK Savehof on the group stages of the CL.
