Bet-at-home.com and the European Handball Federation renew their partnership

The European Handball Federation’s (EHF) marketing arm has extended its partnership with leading international sports betting and online gambling company bet-at-home.com for a further season.

Bet-at-home has been an active sponsor of the EHF Champions League since the 2006/07 season.

Under the deal, the online gambling company will receive branding exposure at selected Velux EHF Champions League, including the season-ending Final Four and Women’s Champions League, as well as other men’s and women’s European Cup competitions.

Since Bet-at-home is a regional premium partner to the EHF, this will also enjoy a comprehensive sponsorship package that includes television advertising, hospitality and promotional benefits.

Estimated net reach for the EHF Final Four at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne (Germany) is about 65 million viewers over two days.

Michael Gierke, Marketing Director at Bet-at-home, said:

“We are very proud to be able to work with EHF for another year. The EHF Champions League enjoys great popularity from year to year, particularly in our core markets. This extensive deal enables us to support both men’s and women’s competitions simultaneously.”

Peter Vargo, Managing Director at the EHF’s marketing arm, added:

“Through on-court advertising presence, corporate hospitality and innovative fan activations, Bet-at-home is and continues to be a strong partner for our top competitions. We are looking forward to continuing our positive cooperation in the upcoming season.”
