In a match where the chances were already clear before the starting whistle, Hungarians could not focus for the game and Australians hold the result close : 3-3, 4-4, 6-5, in minute 15. Hungarian girls seemed to be sleepy, but they were woken up by a timeout, so they managed to increase the gap and win the first half.
We would like to mention Australian player Sally Potocki,scoring six goals in the first half and Australian goalkeeper, Jemima Harbort, saving many shoots.
Half time result: 19 – 11.
In the second half Hungary changed the whole team, and made 10-1 after 11 minutes in the second half. Viktória Soós, Anita Bulath, Anita Görbicz and Anita Czifra secured the scorings and the result was 28-13 in the minute 47. Hungarian goalkeeper, Éva Kiss allowed only 4 goals for Australian girls in this part of the match, which means a saving percentage over 70%.
Final result: 39 – 15.
