South Korea – Serbia 27 – 28 (12 – 13)

Topscorers: Jung Jihae (KOR) 8 goals and Andrea Lekic (SRB) 8 goals

The first half was clearly controlled by the Serbian team, team of Korea managed to make it tight at the end of the first half. In the second part of the match Serbia increased the gap, but in the dying minutes of the match Korea managed to equalize twice. Five seconds before the end Jelena Eric took the chance and shot the ball, which landed in the Korean goal, sending her team to the quarterfinals and Korea out of the tournament.

Final result: 27 – 28.
