Serbia instead showed an impressive attack, where Andrea Lekic, Dragana Cvijic and Sanja Damnjanovic were the leaders, to pull their team higher and higher.
Polish team could not find the way to put the ball behind Serbian goalkeepers, they ended on a saving percentage of 73% in the first half.
The first half was clearly a Serbian one, result: 6 – 14.
The audience in Kombank Arena was over 18000, and home-crowd had supported their team loudly. Thy needed it, because Polish team came back stronger and managed to fight back, and to make the second half balancec, even to win it by 12 – 10, but this was enough only for a defeat at six goals.
