Norwegian Handball Federation has announced today that lineplayer, Heidi Löke is ready to come back in the Norwegian NT and to join the team before EURO 2014 in Hungary and Croatia starts.

“I am pleased that she is back, having the opportunity to be on the team again, and it’s great for us to have access to the best players. We  all knew that it was important that Heidi got the time and quiet to sort out practical things to be able to come back..”-Thorir Hergeirsson, head-coach of Norway said.

The 31 years old , Heidi Løke (Győri Audi ETO KC)  stated that she wants to continue in the Norwegian NT until  the Olympics in 2016, in Rio.

“It was just sad not to be with, so I’m very happy to get back on the team. The support from family has been important for me to continue on the national team, I can say that I am totally dependent of their help.

“I am reaaly looking forward to play European Championship in Hungary, it will be a fantastic  experience with all those eager fans on the stands” – Heidi Löke commented.
