
Timeoutmagazine has taken a close look to the list of missing and (probably) missng players from the EURO 2014 hosted by Hungary and Croatia, in December.
Players who will miss EURO 2014 due to pregnancy:
Katrine Lunde (Norway) 34 years-goalkeeper
Anita Görbicz (Hungary) 31 years-playmaker
Tonje Nöstvold (Norway) 29 years old-rightback
Players who will miss the ECh due to injuries are:
Oana Manea (Romania) lineplayer-knee-injury, Laura Oltean (Romania) playmaker- knee-injury
Adrienn Orbán (Hungary) rightwing-knee-injury
Kristina Liscevic (Serbia) playmaker- ankle-injury, Andrea Lekic (Serbia)-playmaker-ankle-injury, Sanja Damnjanovic (Serbia)-leftback-knee-problems (Lekic and Damnjanovic are both injured, Lekic had a serious ankle injury at the last CL-match, Damnjanovic has problems with her knee and is not allowed by the doctors from her club, Viborg to play at all in the last two weeks- both causing serious kaos in the preparation of Serbia’s team), Jelena Trifunovic (Serbia)-shoulder injury (also not sure for ECh)
Susan Müller (Germany)- rightback -finger fracture, Isabell Klein (Germany)-rightback-hand-fracture
Kinga Byzdra (Poland), playmaker also injured, but unsecure if she will recover until EURO
Marit-Malm Frafjord (Norway) lineplayer -in recovery after an Achilles-injury, Mari Molid (Norway)leftback -in recovery after a knee-injury, Tine Stange leftback (Norway) – knee-injury
