About what she thinks happened at the end of the match:

“We missed our chance, and Denmark scored in the last second. I’m very disappointed, most of the game we played very well, we were in front the whole game. We deserved to win, but this is handball and in the end we did not play well enough.”

“The most positive thing is that we played much better than we did against Norway, we took a big step forward today. “

About if this match gave them good confidence going into the match against Ukraine on Thursday:

“Yes, for sure. It was a very bad day for us a few days ago, and today was much better. We took one point, and now we are looking forward to meeting Ukraine.”

About becoming Norway’s best player:

“It was a tough match, we had to work hard today. Ukraine are a good team and they do put up a good fight, but 60 minutes was too long for them.”

“Now we need to prepare for the next match against Denmark, we really need to put up a strong defence from the start and continue with our strong attack. It’s going to be a even match, but now it’s our turn to win, they have won two times too many (referring to Denmark’s Golden League victories in October and November).”
