Krim Ljubljana –  Buducnost 20 – 23 (8 – 16)

Topscorers:

Krim: Tamara Mavsar 7, Mirjeta Bajramoska 5, Elisabeth Omoregie 5

Buducnost: Cristina Neagu 5, Radmila Petrovic 5

Buducnost has showed a good first half, with Zderic saves and Neagu goals, but in the second half Adzic’s team struggled against hosts, Krim won actually the second half 12-7. Of course this was not enough for a home victory, but has underlined some weaknesses of Montenegrins.

Group II.

IK Savehof –  Larvik HK 20 – 25 (11 – 13)

Topscorers: Ida Odén 6, Louise Sand 5 (savehof) and Alina Wojtas, Nora Mörk, Marit Malm Frafjord, Linn Kristin Riegelhuth Koren 5 goals each (Larvik)

Swedish team started the match by leading for 15 minutes, with Bundsen saves and fastbreak goals. Larvik managed to gather the lines and won the first half, Alina Wojtas had an important role.

The second half Larvik increased the lead 16 – 20, but Savehof managed to equalize and to make the finish of the game exciting. Mörk, Frafjord, Koren and especially goalkeeper Toft (52%) contributed to stop Sewdish side to take the lead again, they were the etam in control and defeated Savehof in Partille 20-25.
