Topscorers: Ayin Martinez and Lisaanda Lusson (CUB) 4 goals each and Natalia Bernardo and Elizabeth Viegas (ANG) 7 goals each

Angola had no problem with Cuba, and even gave the spectators some good shots in good “Anja Anderse style”

Poland-China 29 – 24 (12 – 11)

Topscorers: Karolina Gloc-Kudlacz (POL) 7 goals and Jin Mengqing (CHN) 8 goals

Poland are one of the outsiders to go far in the tournament, and with a strong defense they secured two more points against China

Sweden-Netherlands 28 – 28 (12 – 15)

Topscorers: Isabelle Gulldén (SWE) 8 goals and Cornelia Groot (NED) 9 goals

Today Sweden and Netherlands shared point, and after the third matchday they now share the top placement of the group, one point in front of the third strong team in the group, Poland. Netherlands will meet Poland  on Saturday.
