CSM Bucuresti –  FC Midtjylland 24 – 22 (10 – 12)

Topscorers: Isabelle Gullden (CSM) 9 goals and Johanna Ahlm (FCM) 7 goals

Danish champion controlled the match during the first thirty minutes, but Bucuresti managed to reset mainly their attack in the second half, and this was enough to keep the two points home.

Kim Rasmussen, headcoach; “We played very nervous at the beginning, it was a big pressure on us, because the importance of the match. We had to believe that we are able to score on Englert, and to win this match. We had injuries and worked on a new playing system lately, which is not perfect yet. In the next weeks we will use our time wisely to practice it.”

Buducnost –  HC Vardar 31 – 19 (16 – 8)

Topscorers: Dragana Cvijic (Buducnost) 7 goals and Maja Sokac (Vardar) 5 goals

After last weeks loss against Győr, Buducnost has gathered their forces and crushed Vardar without questions. With an unstoppable Cvijic and Zderic saving impressively in the goal, Adzic’s team secured the victory before the home crowd.

IK Savehof –  Győri Audi ETO KC 18 – 26 (6 – 13)

Topscorers: Emma Ekenman-Fernis (IK Savehof) 4 goals and Nycke Groot( Győr) 6 goals

Impressive first half produced by Győr, mostly in defense and goalkeeper position, receiving only 6 goals. Grimsbö has continued as last week, 45% saves and Hungarian team collected the two points in Partille as well.
