Gábor Elek, headcoach– FTC Rail Cargo Hungaria:

“In my opinion this duel is already decided, we have to say that we don’t have so many chances again.

” I and my team are ashamed that we did not manage to do better today, but we have to admit that at this  stage of the competition the level and quality of our game is not enough.

” Today we played against the best team in the world at this moment, Győr are in top shape and we produced a disappointing performance in the last two matches against them.

” On the other hand I am proud of my team and this season’s results, even if are not doing so well in this period

“I am very sorry for our fans, which for me are the best fans ever, they supported us even if we were down with ten goals. I would like to apologise to them and I promise to play better matches in the future

Kára Szekeres, backplayer, FTC Rail Cargo Hungaria:

” Győr played their game, they did not surprise us in any way, we knew what they will play, but we let them to run fastbreaks and score easy goal.

” Our defense was not on the demanded level, we could not stop the offensive play of the opponent because our returns were not good enough.

” In this running contest we got tired and unfocused, that’s how we lost this match

” The target for the second leg is to make a better game
