Olympic Games qualification 2016: 6 out of 12 will qualify

This weekend the 6 last teams for the Olympic Games men’s handball will be decided. 12 teams will participate in Rio, and the following 6 teams are already qualified:

– Brazil (Host)
– France (World Champions)
– Germany (European Champions)
– Argentina (Pan-American Champions)
– Qatar (Asian Champions)
– Egypt(African Champions)

The two best teams from each group that are played, 8th – 10th April 2016, will qualify for the last 6 places.

Poland
Macedonia
Chile
Tunisia

Playing in Sweden:
Sweden
Spain
Slovenia
Iran

Playing in Denmark:
Denmark
Croatia
Norway
Bahrain
