Official press release from Hungarian Handball Federation announced today that Danish coach Kim Rasmussen will take over from July 2016 the duties besides the Hungarian women national team.

Kim Rasmussen currently is the head coach of Poland women national team (in the last six years) and CSM Bucuresti, the team which last week won the Champions League in Budapest.

Kim Rasmussen has signed a four-year agreement with the Hungarian Handball Federation, until the Olympic Games from Tokio 2020. Hungary has not managed to qualify since 2008 to the Olympic Games.

Hungarian Federation has as a condition for next coming head coaches (both women and men) to live in Hungary and to have this job as a full-time job, to be able to focus fully on their duties.
