World Championship in France-qualified teams

Play -off games in order to qualify to the World Championship 2017 France are almost finishes, only the encounter between Portugal and Iceland is waiting tomorrow. Here are the qualified teams so far:

Serbia – Hungary 25 – 26 (8 – 13)

Topscorers: Petar Nenadic (SRB) 8 goals and Tamas Ivancsik (HUN) 6 goals

Hungary –  Serbia  30 – 25(17 – 12)

Topscorers: Máté Lékai  (HUN)  9 goals and Petar Nenadic(SRB) 8 goals

HUNGARY is qualified to the WCh with two victories against Serbia

Slovenia –  Norway 24 – 18 (10 – 8)

Topscorers: Blaz Janc (SLO) 6 goals and Kristian Bjørnsen (NOR) 5 goals

Norway –  Slovenia  29 – 27 (15 – 13)

Topscorers: Espen Lie Hansen (NOR) 6 goals and Dejan Bombac (SLO) 8 goals

SLOVENIA will participate at the WCH after eliminating Norway.

Czech Republic –  FYR Macedonia 28 –  22 (14 – 10)

Topscorers: Ondrej Zdrahala (CZE) 7 goals and Kiril Lazarov (MKD) 8 goals

FYR Macedonia –  Czech Republic  34 – 27 (19 – 11)

Topscorers: Dejan Manaskov (MKD 11 goals) and Ondrej Zdrahala (CZE) 6 goals

MACEDONIA managed to qualify despite a six goals defeat in the first game

Topscorers: Przemyslaw Krajewski (POL ) 5 goals and Luc Steins (NED) 6 goals

Netherlands –  Poland  25 – 24 (10 – 13)

Topscorers:Luc Steins (NED) 7 goals and Michal Jurecki-Kamil Syprzak (POL) 4 – 4 goals

POLAND has qualified to the WCh even without their big stars in the second encounter, where no Bielecki or Szmal was on the startlist.

Topscorers: Fredrik Pettersen and Matthias Zachrisson(SWE) 6-6 goals  and Nikola Prce(BIH) 9 goals

Bosnia-Herzegovina – Sweden 27 – 27(14 – 16)

Topscorers: Nikola Prce(BIH) 8 goals and Jim Gottfridson (SWE) 6 goals

SWEDEN has qualified securely to the WCh

RUSSIA is qualified to France without problems against Montenegro.
