
The Norwegian national team has officially announced today that rightback Linn Jörum Sulland will not be able to participate at the Olympic Games due to an injury in her knee.
Sulland got the injury under the training camp on Algarve but it was first examined seriously this week, when she was not able to train properly in Ulsteinvik. he has a knee injury which needs orthopedical surgery and will set the player off court for several months.
Sulland: “I have worked hardly four years to come into the squad to Rio and I was very happy when I got to know that I am the part of the team. This injury sets me out, I will iss the Olympic Gmes and his is very difficult to handle. I am very sad.”
