
On the finish line before the Olympic Games in Rio there is a preparation tournament arranged in Ulsteinvik, Norway.
Participants: Romania, Spain, France, Norway
All four teams are playing their last matches before Olympic Games and make the last adjustments on their play.
After defeating Norway in March in Follo Trykk Arena in another preparation game, Spain managed once again to get the victory in front of hosts.

Norway struggled in the first thirty minutes to get control over Spanish play, both Spanish defence and attack seemed to be a hard nut to knock. Pena and Cabral made it excellent in Spanish offensive phase, meanwhile Duenas teams defence was also difficult to pass by. Half time: 12 – 16

The second part of the match started with a more organised Norwegian defence, where Frafjord and Molid managed to interrupt several Spanish attacks and Grimsbø had several saves. Mork, Herrem and Frafjord had all, important contribution in attack, but Pena, Aguilar or Chavez managed to net also on the opposite half of the court.
After 19 -18 for Norway, Spain totally took the control over the match and got a deserved victory: 26 – 28.
