Sweden defeats Argentina without emotions

Sweden defeats Argentina without emotions

Swedish girls came to Rio dreaming by achieving something big, meanwhile  for Argentina this was the first game in OG ever. South Americans came to Rio with the goal by winning a game in the group against an European opponent.

Sweden –  Argentina 31 – 21 (13 – 9)

Goals

Sweden: Tegstedt 1, Strömberg 1, Blohm 4, Roberts 4, Sand 5, Torstenson 1, Gullden 3, Hagman 6, Wallen 2, Jakobsen 1, Alm 3

Argentina: Iacoi 1, Pizzo 4, Salvado 1, Campigli 1, Mendoza 5, Crivelli 1, Mena 1, Sans 4, Karsten 3

Argentina played a decent first half, but throughout the match the big difference between the two teams has been showen.Sweden made this game to a fine preparation match, where they had the possibility to give playing times for every player, having the chance to enter smoothly the OG and feel the pace of the competition. Gulldøn, Hagman, Sand or Blohm was efficient for the Scandinavians, fro Argentina is worth to mention Mendoza, Sans or Pizzo.
