Yesterday the teams had already played the semifinals games, we could say without surprises, as HC Leipzig and Hypo NÖ had qualified to the final.

Hypo NÖ – Super Amara Bera Bera 25 – 21 (14 – 12)
In today’s game Hypo started much better and more decided the game, managing to lead throughout the whole first half thank mostly for an amazing Gorica Acimovic in the backcourt and Olga Sanko in the goal. Leipizg girsl struggled in attack, but tried to stay close to their opponent, 15 – 16 at the pause.

In the second part Hypo managed to gain a bigger difference, five-six goals even in the middle of the second half. Than Karolina Kudlacz-Gloc took the stirring in her own hands and started her show. Scored from everywhere, driving into desperacy the Austrian players. Leipzig leveled the game at 25-25, 26-26 than Germans were suddenly in lead after such a long period. Hypo never managed to raise up from this situation, even if Acimovic was equalizing goal after goal. The last minute was the decisive, when Thurner spent her two minutes suspension on the Hypo bench and Leipzig scored twice by Kudlacz-Gloc and Hubinger, winning the game 32-30 and earning a spot in the CL groups.
