IK Savehof reinforced before this CL season

Swedish champion IK Savehof competed in the groups of Champions League in the last years and even if the team is formed mainly of young, talented Swedish players they managed to play some good, consistent matches on homecourt, making handball world to remember them.

IK Savehof is based in Göteborg and has always been a real source of  young talents who transformed in very skilled players, some of them playing in top teams of Europe like Isabelle Gulldén,Johanna Ahlm, Filippa Idéhn, Linn Blohm, Frida Tegstedt or Jessica Helleberg. Jamina Roberts had also started here, then played in Denmark for two seasons to be back now at her former club.

The headcoach of IK Savehof, Henrik Signell is doing a good job, appreciated of the Swedish handball federation as well, as he was chosen to be headcoach of Sweden right before Olympic Games.

One of the iconic players of the club, Ida Odén is returning after one-year breakaway, giving birth to a child, Johanna Ahlm is also heading back from a seven-year round in several Danish clubs, but unfortunately for Savehof she got injured during the preparation for the OG ans she is forced to longer break due to recovery.
