Women’s FINAL4 to stay in Budapest

According to the European Handball Federation’s statement, the EHF Executive Committee has decided to prolong the contract with the Hungarian capital Budapest, so the László Papp Sports Arena will host the biggest women’s club handball event in the next three years. Budapest was the home of all the three EHF Women’s FINAL4 events so far (2014, 2015 and 2016) and is on the way to become the “Cologne of women’s handball”. The EHF Women’s FINAL4 will be on 6/7 May 2017.
