
The winner of the EHF Champions League of 2015/16, Romanian champions CSM Bucuresti returned to the biggest stage of European women’s club handball with a home victory against Rostov-Don. In the derby of the first round, even goalkeeper Jelena Grubisic scored two goals against the Russian runners-up who count to be one of the contenders for the final victory.
