Group A

Buducnost and Metz are both qualified already,  to the Main Round but the number of points they will take with are important. Dragana Cvijic is still injured and not able to play, hosts miss also a player, Xenia Smits is out with injury.

The match has brought a balanced first half, with Montenegrin advantage at the break, 14 – 16. Ana Gros and Pop-Lazic were the main scorers for hosts, Buducnost was lead by Neagu.

The second half became also exciting, Metz managed to close the gap, mostly thanked Montenegrin goalkeeper, Marina Raicic, performing well against her national team colleagues. Zaadi and Pop-Lazic could not fail in attack, meanwhile Buducnost seemed to accept the defeat. Metz earned two important points, which will count a lot in Main Round.

Final result:

Metz –  Buducnost 28 – 25 (14 – 16)
