Thüringer HC through to the Main Round

In group A Buducnost and Metz are already qualified to the next round, meanwhile pointless Glasseverket hosted THC in Drammen. With a win with an eight or nine goal difference could Norwegians make it to the MR but Herbert Müller’s THC had another thoughts.

The first half was won by THC 12 – 15, after a close encounter, but the second half showed the difference between the two teams. THC managed to perform  more balanced throughout the whole game, hosts had some ups and downs in their play and the fact that they are less experienced on international level, was important in this match too. Final result: 27-33.

With this victory THC is qualified to the Main Round, next week they will host Metz.
