Norway wins the Møbelringen Cup after defeating Russia

On the last day of Møbelringen Cup from Stavanger, host met Olympic champions from Russia. Trefilov arrived with a new team, important player are absenting: Ilina, Bobrovnikova, Petrova, Akopian, Bliznova (retired) did not travel to Norway.

On Norwegian side today the team played without Nora Mørk, the rightback took a rest day before the EURO 2016 starts in a week.

Norway had no problems against Russia today, with an outstanding Veronica Kristiansen, Silje Solberg, Stine Bredal Oftedal or Kari Aalvik Grimsbø hosts managed to win easily against a young, but promising Russian team.
