Russian victory over the Czech Republic

In Helsingborg,  in Main Round group II Russia met the Czech Republic in order to try to collect their first points in this stage of the competition. Czech Republic is one of the surprise teams here in Sweden, meanwhile Russia is still considered one the favourites to qualify for the semifinals.

Jan Basny and his team gave a hard time for Trefilov and Russia, but the more experienced team won at the end of the game by two goals difference 24-26.
