Who will follow Cristina Neagu and Mikkel Hansen? The International Handball Federation has published the list of the nominees of the IHF World Handball Player and Coach of the Year 2016. The public voting is running until 9 March 2017 and everybody is allowed to vote for the bests of the past year.

Women’s nominees:
Nora Mörk (Larvik/Győri Audi ETO KC, Norway)
Cristina Neagu (Buducnost, Romania)
Isabelle Gulldén (CSM Bucuresti, Sweden)
Nycke Groot (Győri Audi ETO KC, Netherlands)
Kari Aalvik Grimsbö (Győri Audi ETO KC, Norway)

Men’s nominees:
Nikola Karabatic (PSG, France)
Mikkel Hansen (PSG, Denmark)
Andreas Wolff (HSG Wetzlar/THW Kiel, Germany)
