Cristina Neagu: “In my opinion, Győri Audi ETO KC is the favorite. They are playing at home, enjoying the support of the Hungarian fans and they have performed well during the whole season. The main difference to last year is that Buducnost lost 4-5 key players. Győr also had some changes in the team, but they remained together more as a team. Our season was kind of a roller coaster ride, but our form is going upwards. We are playing together as a team, fighting for each other and for the team. We didn’t come to Budapest with the hands held high, we came to enjoy handball and the greatest weekend of women’s club handball.”

Kinga Achruk: “These will be my last matches with Buducnost as at the end of the season, I am going back to Poland. I am not confused about this situation, but I have mixed feelings. I have spent very good years in Buducnost playing four EHF FINAL4 events in Budapest. Regarding this year’s FINAL4, I have very good feelings. I expect a balanced game in the semifinal – Győr is a very strong team, but we are also on a good roll. We have had our ups and downs during the season, but we can play together as a team, fight for each other. Our team is playing like one. Besides our defense, this is something we can rely on.”

Dragan Adzic: “I expect a tough game. Both teams are very good and strong, even though there were some changes on both sides. Against Győr it is never easy as they are playing at home. It is not easier to defeat them even without Heidi Löke. Löke is a player that has won everything but Győr has the quality in the squad to replace her as a team. I think the main difference to last year is that this year there is more pressure on the shoulders of Győri Audi ETO KC as last year, they were returning to the main event after missing one year. Now they have the pressure of winning. The decisive factor of the game will be which team can handle this pressure better, which team can be more calm. Our team has a strong team spirit, the players are really well together – besides the defense, this will be decisive.”
