Polish and Montenegrin victories in group 2

In qualification group 2 for EHF EURO 2018 the matches in the second round were scheduled today. Slovakia hosted Poland, and guests got a clear victory against Dusan Poloz and his team, winning at nine goals difference. Montenegro visited Italy and got the two pints securely home.

Results:

Slovakia – Poland 20 –  29 (9 – 13)

Goals:

Slovakia: Jakubiskova 5, Rajnohova 4, Holesova 3, Rebicova-Szkolkova-Szarkova 2-2, Demajova-Olsovska 1-1

Poland: Kudlacz-Gloc 7, Kobylinska 6, Gryzb 5, Szarawaga 4, Drabik 2, Achruk-Labuda-Lisewska- Roszak – Zawistowska 1-1

Italy –  Montenegro 16 –  23 (5 – 12)

Goals:

Italy: Landri 5, Fanton-Rotondo 3, Ettaqui 2, Babbo-Del Galzo-Ganga 1-1

Montenegro: Ujkic 6, Jaukovic-Rajcevic 5, Pavicevic 3, Brnovic-Despotovic-Grbic-Premovic 1-1
