Hosts started the game strong and the young Norwegian team went head to head with Vardar, after 20 minutes the result was 9-9. This was the end of their forces, Vardar changed the tempo and with their very strong squad managed to distance from Larvik and win the first half 9-16, scoring seven goals in the last ten minutes of the first half.

The second half continued in the same manner for both teams and Vardar crushed the team of Tor Odvar Moen 19-31, with a twelve goal difference. Vardar is still undefeated in the groups, probably the Macedonian powerhouse will finish in the first position of this group.
