Golden League: Norway defeats France, Denmark undefeated

Golden League tournament is organized in Denmark, with four participating teams: France, Poland, Norway, and Denmark. After day 2 Denmark is on the top of the ranking with 4 points, followed by Norway and France with 2-2 points, Poland is still pointless.

In the first playing day Denmark got a clear victory against an unorganized Norwegian team, meanwhile, France crushed a new Polish team, which did not qualify for the upcoming EURO 2018.

Results Day 1:

Danmark – Norge 24-19 (12-9)

Topscorers: Damgaard(DEN) 5 goals and Bjørnsen (NOR) 5 goals

France – Poland 29 – 15 (14 – 8)

Topscorers: Lenne (FRA) 5 goals and Moryto (POL) 3 goals

I the second-day f the tournament Denmark managed to defeat Poland, but this time with only one goal difference. On the other hand, Norway clearly defeated France. With an improved play from Sanders Sagosen and a strong goalkeeper performance from Torbjørn Bergerud, Norway was in lead the most time during this game and got a deserved victory against the French world champions.

Results Day 2:

Denmark –  Poland 26 –  25 (11 – 8)

Topscorers: Lindberg (DEN) 11 goals and Moryto (POL) 4 goals

Norway –  France 30 – 26 (13 –  10)

Topscorers: Sagosen (NOR) 8 goals and N. Karabatic (FRA) 6 goals
