Swedish head-coach Henrik Signell has also announced the squad for the upcoming World Championship in Germany.

Goalkeepers: Filippa Idéhn (Brest Bretagne), Johanna Bundsen (København)
Left wings: Louis Sand (Brest Bretagne), Olivia Mellegård (IK Sävehof)
Line players: Ulrika Toft Hansen (Team Esbjerg), Anna Lagerquist (Nykøbing FH)
Rightwings: Emma Ekenman-Fernis (IK Sävehof), Daniela Gustin (Randers HK)
Left backs: Jamina Roberts (Érd), Jenny Alm (Köbenhavn), Johanna Westberg (Nyköbing)
Playmakers: Isabelle Gulldén (CSM Bucuresti), Carin Strömberg (Viborg HK)
Right backs: Nathalie Hagman (CSM Bucuresti), Sabina Jacobsen (CSM Bucuresti), Hanna Blomstrand, (København)
Sweden will play in group B alongside Norway, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Argentina in Bietigheim.
