Players who will miss the World Championship in Germany

Every year in December there are the final tournaments in women handball competition, IHF World Championship pr the EHF EURO. And every year we sadly have to report a list of highlighted players who will not be present at the tournament.

Players who will miss the WCh due to pregnancy: Laura Glauser (FRA), Linn Blohm (SWE), Viktoria Zhilinskaite (RUS)

Players who retired from the national team: Marit Malm Frafjord (NOR), Paula Ungureanu, Oana Manea (ROU), Linn Kristin Riegelhuth-Koren-also pregnant (NOR), Alexandra Do Nascimento (BRA), Daniela Piedade (BRA), Marta Mangue (ESP)

Players who did not make to the final squad of their countries: Silje Solberg, Linn J.Sulland (NOR), Éva Kiss (HUN), Krisztina Triscsuk (HUN), Alina Wojtas (POL), Susan Müller (GER), Mari Molid (NOR), Rikke Poulsen (DEN)

Injured players: Anne Mette Hansen (Denmark), Stine Boldholt ? (Denmark), Zsuzsanna Tomori and Zita Szucsánszki ? (Hungary), Andrea Lekic ? (Serbia), Macarena Aguilar (ESP), Marija Jovanovic (MNE), Jana Knedlikova (CZE), Thea Mörk (NOR), Andjela Janjusevic (SRB), Gabriela Perianu (ROU), Anne Hubbinger (GER)

Other reasons: Suzan Lazovic (MNE)- retired from handball, Barbara Lazovic (SLO)-family issues, Ishitate Maiuko (JPN)-retired, Nathalie Bernardo (ANG)-unknown, Fernanda Franca Da Silva (BRA)-maternity leave
