After defeating Angola yesterday, Poland met Brazil in the final of the President’s Cup. Poland was constantly ahead in the match and in the second half, the Europeans had a 7-goal lead. Brazil still tried everything to turn the match around and they made the end of the match exciting, but the Polish girls managed to take the win (29-27). With this result, Poland grabbed the 17th place of the IHF Women’s Handball World Championship, Brazil finished 18th.
