Group A (Split) – Croatia, Sweden, Serbia, Iceland

Group B (Porec) – France, Belarus, Norway, Austria

Group C (Zagreb) –  Germany, FYR Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia

Group D (Varazdin) – Spain, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary
