In the second match of Main Round’s group II. FTC hosted the German champion Bietigheim. The German team lined up only ten players for this game of which two goalkeepers. In the first quarter of the game Bietigheim kept close to FTC, they had even the lead 5-6, but Hungarians managed to take back the control of the match and won the first half 14-8.

In the second half, there was no question which team is the better one and who will take the victory here.Bietigheim had played the entire second half with an empty goal in the attack, with seven field players, but they made many mistakes and Ferencváros took the opportunity to score six easy goals on an empty goal after German turnovers. The team of Gábor Elek took a comfortable victory and put two new points to their account in the Main Rund group. Final result:
